How do I create a new forum?

This article will walk you through how to create a new forum.

  1. In the left hand side menu, click Community Forums.
  2. All of your existing forums and forums that you are following appear under the My Forums tab.
  3. Click New Forum.
  4. At the New Forum flyout, enter a Title for the forum post and select a Category for the post. The category will help others browse and find your post based on topic. Click Create.
  5. Upon success, you wil be redirected to the forum in chat mode. Refer to the articles on interacting with a chat.
  6. Suggesting a New CategoryIf you don't see a category that makes sense for your new post, click the Category Suggestion button.
  7. At the New Category Suggestion flyout, enter a description for the new category and click. Click Send. A representative will review and get the category added as soon as possible and notify you of the change.
