How do I like a message?
This article will walk you through how to like a message.

In the left hand side menu, click Conversations.

Find the conversation and click the link under the Title column. If you need help finding the desired conversation, you can search or filter to narrow the results.

The conversation will appear in chat mode. Find the message you want to like and click the heart icon.

Upon success, the heart will turn red and your profile picture will be added to the list of users who have liked the message.Click the solid red heart to unlike a message.

In the navigation bar, select the Chat button.
