How do I update the conversation's title?

This article will walk you through how to update the conversation's title.

  1. In the left hand side menu, click Conversations.
  2. Find the conversation and click the link under the Title column. If you need help finding the desired conversation, you can search or filter to narrow the results.
  3. The conversation will appear in chat mode. If the pane is not visible on the right, click the left chevron icon in the toolbar. Click the Edit Conversation button.
  4. Update the conversation title and click Update.
  5. Upon success, the conversation title is updated and reflected in the header.
