How do I react to a message?

This article will walk you through how to react to a message.

  1. In the left hand side menu, click Conversations.
  2. Find the conversation and click the link under the Title column. If you need help finding the desired conversation, you can search or filter to narrow the results.
  3. The conversation will appear in chat mode. Find the message you want to react to and click the Like button.
  4. At the popup, select the desired reaction.
  5. Upon success, your reaction is added to the list.
  6. To view the reactions, click on the lists of reactions.
  7. The flyout will show who has reacted to the message.
