Take an Assessment

This article will walk you through how to take an assessment to test your knowledge after completing some scheduled content. Team leaders may assign you content with an assessment set as the required action.

Navigating to the Assessment

Find the content with the assessment you need to take from either the Content page, Dashboard (Actions Required card), or Notification.

At the Content page, the cards indicate your progress and which ones you are pending an assessment. Content with a status of Pending Assessment means that you have completed all of the modules associated with the content but just need to take the assessment to complete the content. Selecting the content will display it in view mode.

OR, from the Dashboard, select the content with the pending assessment.

Schedules that require an assessment will have an Action Required indicator. This panel will indicate your progress. You must complete each module in the schedule before you can take the assessment. Select the Take Assessment button to take the assessment.

Taking the Assessment

Assessments may or may not be scored, depending on how the team leader configured the assessment properties. Scored assessments cannot be submitted until you have answered the minimum number of questions correctly. You will have as many attempts as needed to complete the assessment successfully.

Assessments are loaded in a new page.

If the assessment is scored, you can view the passing criteria in the side panel.

Answer the questions and click the Submit button. Questions with radio buttons accept one answer while questions with checkboxes can have one or more answers. The assessment may contain selection lists, free text, and/or date selector fields. These fields are not scored and do not count against the required passing score.

If you did not pass on that attempt, adjust your answers and click Submit again.

If you have passed the assessment, your results have been posted and you will see your score along with the results for your review.

Close the assessment and you will be redirected back to the content page where you will see the panel indicating you have completed the assessment. At any time you can click the View Assessment Results link to view your results.
