How do I delete a message?

This article will walk you through how to delete a message.

  1. In the left hand side menu, click Conversations.
  2. Find the conversation and click the link under the Title column. If you need help finding the desired conversation, you can search or filter to narrow the results.
  3. The conversation will appear in chat mode. Find the message you want to delete and click the ellipse button.
  4. Select Remove from the menu.
  5. At the Confirm Delete dialog, click Yes.
  6. Upon success, your message is removed from the thread.
