This latest version introduces a new look for easier navigation and productivity with wizards, an all new My Hub that brings everything you need to focus on into one view, and improvements to events and scheduling.

New Look
The first thing you will notice is the layout of the app. Navigation is streamlined with a new sidebar. Notifications and bookmarks are better organized, with notifications viewed by date or type. Wizards help you quickly create new items in one seamless step. Here we are able to share content with our teams by creating a schedule with the desired settings with just a few clicks.

My Hub
My Hub is a brand new feature that brings everything you need to focus on into one view. From this view you can quickly see how many tasks you need to complete, whether it is content that needs to be completed or project tasks assigned to you, as well as any event schedule requests.

The featured five is a list of the top five tasks suggested that you focus on based on the due date. This will list content, tasks, pending event schedule requests that you have not responded to, and for team leaders, if any of your team members have not completed content assigned to them.

From the hub, you can view:
- Your schedule
- Content assigned to you
- Badges you have earned or are working towards
- Tasks assigned to you
- Any recent activity all in one place.

Events
There are numerous improvements to events, all designed to help you save time when planning and scheduling your events.

You can now apply templates to save time building out your schedules. Templates allow you to create predefined configurations for scheduling users to specific positions. The template can then be applied to one or more scheduled dates and the users defined in the template will automatically be assigned to those positions. You can then adjust as needed before sending the invitation requests.

You can now copy a schedule to one or more other schedules. This feature will allow you to schedule a week in your event series and then copy that schedule to one or more weeks in the series.

When a position is added, updated, or removed from an event, you now have the option to reflect those changes in future schedules so you do not have to manually adjust each schedule with the updated position.

If the dates of the series in your event changes, you can now drag and drop the series to rearrange all dates of each series.

Finally, you now have the option to set when and how many reminders are sent. Each event will have the ability to configure when reminders are sent, such as 3 days before or 5 days before, as well as how many reminders are sent. For example, you will be able to configure an event to send a reminder if they have not yet responded to an event schedule request 5 days before and then 2 days before the event. You will also be able to configure how many reminders and when the reminders are sent for those that have accepted a schedule request.
